Here's the thing - I want you to feel like you had a fun, easygoing, and relaxed experience with me. I'm not here to make you feel awkward in front of the camera! My Story

Hi There! I'm Amy!

My middle name is Kate, so AmyKate Photo has stuck ever since. I love the little things in life such as a sunset or iced lemonade on a hot summer day. I went to college and got a degree in Food Science but after meeting my husband, Trevor my plans for the future completely went out the window. I've always loved photography, nature photography is where I began. In high school I used to run outside to take a picture of a pretty Kansas sunset or our cattle. Nature has always made me feel closest to God and I love to freeze those once in a lifetime moments for others to experience the beauty of God's creation.
